Allen Fletcher

Allen Fletcher is a former Texas State Representative and current CEO of Resource Protection Management, with extensive experience in law enforcement and Texas governance.

Allen Fletcher brings a wealth of experience in law enforcement and Texas governance to the TEXIT Conference. Born on April 9, 1955, Allen is a native of Tomball, Texas, where he has been deeply involved in both public service and community activities. A devoted family man, he is married to Penny and is the proud father of three children.

Allen holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. His educational journey also includes graduating from the East Texas Police Academy and the Houston Police Academy, equipping him with the skills and knowledge to serve in various capacities within the Houston Police Department. His roles have ranged from being an Officer to a Negotiator on the Negotiation Team in the Tactical Operations Division, and even a Supervisor in the Office of the Inspector General.

From 2008 to 2017, Allen served as the Representative for District 130 in the Texas State House of Representatives. During his tenure, he was a member of several key committees, including the Business and Industry Committee and the Transportation Committee. Notably, he chaired the Emerging Issues in Texas Law Enforcement Committee, underlining his commitment to the evolving needs and challenges of law enforcement in the state.

In the business realm, Allen is the Chief Executive Officer of Resource Protection Management. His civic engagements are equally impressive, including serving as the Chair of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce Board and being an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is also a Lifetime Member of the Homicide Investigators of Texas and the Houston Police Officers Association.

Allen’s religious and community affiliations further demonstrate his commitment to his beliefs and his community. He is a member of the Spring Creek Church of Christ and the Tomball Emergency Preparedness Committee, among other organizations.

Allen Fletcher is not just a former politician; he is a man deeply committed to the values that make Texas great. His extensive background in law enforcement and governance makes him an invaluable voice in discussions about Texas’ political, cultural, and economic independence.
